Certification

In the event that there is no experience with a supplier yet, a certification process can be decided upon. For this you can contact sales@softapp-distribution.com .

At certification the following items will be addressed:

  • Call forward

  • Simultaneous transfer

  • Automatic forwarding

  • Group discussions

  • Hold conversations

  • Double calls
    and so on .

On the basis of the above points, a profile will be built up for the supplier to support all call flows.
