  1. Verify that the Skype for Business client is running

    1. An error will be displayed on the bottom of the main page if contacts are loaded without a Skype for Business client connection

  2. Click on 'options'

  3. Click on 'read contacts'

  4. Select the location to read the contacts from

    1. only 10 contacts will be loaded if no valid license key is entered

    2. From file: contacts will be read from a CSV file

    3. From Skype for Business: contacts will be read from the skype for business client
