  1. Verify that users are loaded by checking if the main window table is populated.

  2. Click on 'options'

  3. Click on 'export contacts'

  4. Select the location to export the contacts to



    1. To file: the contacts will be save to a file and can be imported on a later moment

    2. To skype for business: the contacts will be added to the skype for business client
