The Voice of O365 supports SIP trunks from various suppliers. With some of the suppliers The Voice of O365 already has experience and to speed up the process it is important to apply the right settings on the trunk.

Certification

In the event that there is no experience with a supplier yet, a certification process can be decided upon. For this you can contact sales@softapp-distribution.com .

At certification the following items will be addressed:

  • Incoming calls

  • Outgoing calls

  • Call forward

  • Simultaneous transfer

  • Automatic forwarding

  • Group discussions

  • Hold conversations

  • Double calls
    and so on .

On the basis of the above points, a profile will be built up for the supplier to support all call flows.
