Manipulate call flow

After testing the SIP trunk it may appear that certain call flows are not supported. The Voice of O365 can ensure that calls are delivered correctly by means of SIP manipulation.

Common situations are:

  • Call can not be held

  • DID is not displayed

  • Incoming DID in wrong format (not E164 +)

  • Call forwarding does not work.

  • Simultaneous switching does not work.
