Step 7: Synchronize distribution groups

A two-way trust is required for synchronization. The SoftApp distribution must be able to read the AD of the customer.
Distribution groups can be added to The Voice of O365 by creating a general group of 'ACDGroups'. Here you can let distribution groups become members. These will be automatically read out by our systems.
Group | Description |

ACDGroups | Groups that are members of this group will be synchronized to our AD |
This automatically copies the users in the group (provided they are present in Skype for Business) to our environment.
