Presence reverts to available after call

Problem

When a user has received a call and hangs up the presence of Skype for Business reverts to 'Available'.

Solution

This can be caused by the Plantronics software hub. The plantronics hub has a feature called 'aware of microsoft' which resets the status to 'Available' after a call.

To disable this feature go to Sensors & Presence and set Aware of Microsoft to Off.
