Transfer fails on Service Center application

Problem

The Yealink phone range is incompatible with the Service Center application due to an issue with an unsupported transfer. The Service Center application will cancel a transfer send to the phone by the queue. The following error will be shown:

Error
0000-00-00 00:00:00: <CALL ID> Super transfer of AV call failed: System.InvalidOperationException: Remote participant of the call to be replaced does not support replacing an existing call

Workflow

  1. Call enters Service Center application

  2. Service center notices that yealink is available to receive call

  3. Call is received on yealink phone

  4. User takes call on yealink phone

  5. Call is abandoned from the Service Center application and returns to queue

Solution

If a Yealink phone is going to be used in a queue default Skype for Business Call Queue capabilities are possible.
