Remote assistance

For remote assitance The Voice of O365 support uses Anydesk to connect to your desktop. Anydesk works similar to products like Teamviewer and Splashtop.

If requested by The Voice of O365 please follow the steps below to receive live support.



Steps

  1. Download the Anydesk application (https://anydesk.com/nl/platforms).

  2. Run the downloaded file.

  3. After startup send the AnyDesk-Address to the support engineer. The image below will be visible to you. The grean box will contain the AnyDesk-address.
