In order to add the users, The Voice of O365 informs which users may be linked.
These users can be delivered on the basis of:
- Users XLSX file ( user_skeleton.csv )
- Active Directory groups
Users CSV / EXCEL file
The excel file is imported by us and contains the infomation of all users. This file consists of columns with information per user.
- Firstname *
- Last name*
- Phonenumber
- If the user uses call functionalities, please enter the number of the user in the format + 31xxxxxxxxx.
- Mail*
- This is the linked Office 365 mail account of the user (please provide the main address of the user, no alias )
- Title
- Appointment title
- Department
- Company
- PostalCode
- City
- StreetAddress
- MobileNumber
- Address
- Country
- Office 365 *
- Please indicate which license this user has for administrative purposes.
- Password
- The password will be automatically generated if it is not specified. You will then receive a list of passwords from us.
