To use the license offered by The Voice of O365 it is important to disable the online license. By purchasing the VO365 service, this license is no longer valid and functionalities are added.

In the Azure AD portal a security group can be used assigned to assign licenses. A sub-license can also be removed here.

Disable license
Step 1.
Go to the Office 365 Administration Center ( https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/users ) and open the active users.
Step 2.
Select an active user and edit the license by clicking Edit.
Step 3.
Disable the Skype for Business subscription and click on save.
It is possible that there is a license under the Skype for Business Online license (for example PSTN Calling Services / Telephone system licenses). You must first disable this license before you disable the Skype for Business license. These are linked to each other as dependency.
