During the creation of a Trust you need a SoftApp engineer to enter internal VO365 data. Make sure there is a clear agreement between you and the SoftApp engineer.
- Functional level of the domain controller at your customer is at least at the level of Windows 2003 ( more information )
- The customer's environment is connected to Office 365 and uses Skype for Business online
- AADSYNC / DIRSYNC is ingesteld en synchroniseert met de set up and synchronized with the Azure AD
