Workflow
- Call enters Service Center application
- Service center notices that yealink is available to receive call
- Call is received on yealink phone
- User takes call on yealink phone
- Call is abandoned from the Service Center application and returns to queue
Solution
If a Yealink phone is going to be used in a queue default Skype for Business Call Queue capabilities are possible.
