Step 3: Adding users

In order to add the users, The Voice of O365 informs which users may be linked.

These users can be delivered on the basis of:

Users CSV / EXCEL file

The excel file is imported by us and contains the infomation of all users. This file consists of columns with information per user.

  • Firstname *

  • Last name*

  • Phonenumber

    • If the user uses call functionalities, please enter the number of the user in the format + 31xxxxxxxxx.

  • Mail*

    • This is the linked Office 365 mail account of the user (please provide the main address of the user, no alias )

  • Title

    • Appointment title

  • Department

  • Company

  • PostalCode

  • City

  • StreetAddress

  • MobileNumber

  • Address

  • Country

  • Office 365 *

    • Please indicate which license this user has for administrative purposes.

  • Password

    • The password will be automatically generated if it is not specified. You will then receive a list of passwords from us.

Active Directory groups

See Step 6: Automatic generation of users for more information. This is only possible with an AD that you have access to (by us delivered AD or an AD via a forest trust).
