De Skype for Business contact migrator will copy the users from your Skype for Business client and makes it available for loading later. This program is useful to load contacts from one environment to a new environment (e.g. Skype for Business online to On Premises).

Tutorial

Installation

  1. Make sure the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is installed on the system (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145)

  2. Download the latest version from http://download.softapp-distribution.com/software/ContactMigrator/ContactMigrator.zip

  3. Run setup.exe from inside the ZIP file.

  4. Install the application by following the instructions.

If the smartscreen popups and prevents installing. Simply bypass it (https://www.ghacks.net/2012/02/09/how-to-bypass-smartscreen-filter-windows-protected-your-pc-in-windows-8/).

Main application

1 = Option menu to read contacts, save contacts or close the application

2 = About menu with application information and license information

3 = Load contacts from the Skype for Business client

4 = Export clients to the Skype for Business client

5 = Quick link to load the license key
